These Terms of Service govern your access to the Mixeun website and your purchase of Decorative Boxes and related products offered through our store.

By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Customers should review all product details and dimensions before ordering.

4. Product Use and Care

Unless otherwise stated, Mixeun Decorative Boxes are intended for indoor decoration, keepsake storage, gifting, or storage of suitable small personal items.

Products should not be used:

• Outdoors unless specifically approved
• Near open flames or excessive heat
• In continuously wet or highly humid environments
• For food storage unless expressly identified as food-safe
• To store hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials
• In a manner inconsistent with the product description

Mixeun is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, poor storage, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow care instructions.

5. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed and processed in USD unless another currency is expressly shown.

The amount payable may include:

• Shipping charges
• Applicable taxes
• Discounts
• Other charges clearly disclosed before payment

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted.

Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees. Mixeun does not control or receive these fees.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is generally accepted after:

7. Order Changes and Customer Information

Contact Mixeun as soon as possible if a correction is required.

Changes are not guaranteed after an order has been packed, labeled, assigned for collection, or transferred to the carrier.

Mixeun is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

8. Order Refusal or Cancellation by Mixeun

Mixeun may refuse, hold, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorized
• Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected
• Billing or delivery information cannot be verified
• The address is unsupported or undeliverable
• An obvious pricing or technical error occurs
• Purchase limits are exceeded
• The order appears unlawful or abusive
• Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Payment

Payment must be completed using a method available during checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

• The applicable order charges may be collected.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may have separate conditions displayed at the time of use.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Codes must be applied before checkout is completed.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

• Minimum-order thresholds are calculated after product discounts.
• Taxes and shipping do not count toward product-subtotal thresholds.

Mixeun may reject or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, unauthorized duplication, technical error, or misuse.

Refunds for promotional orders may be recalculated according to the products kept by the customer.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, customs, address issues, delays, lost shipments, and delivery claims are governed by the Mixeun Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.

Orders may be delayed because of:

• Weather
• Carrier disruption
• Customs inspection
• Public holidays
• Security screening
• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Remote-area limitations
• Events outside Mixeun’s reasonable control

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

13. Cancellations

Customers should contact Mixeun promptly if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation may only be available before the order has been:

• Packed
• Labeled
• Assigned for carrier collection
• Transferred to the carrier

Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled. The customer may request an eligible return after delivery.

Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect orders, missing components, and refunds are governed by the Mixeun Refund and Returns Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to that policy.

For change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
• Products must be unused, complete, unaltered, and safely packaged.
• Prior return approval is required.

For approved damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, Mixeun will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.

No standard restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

15. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Customers may be able to submit reviews, photographs, videos, questions, comments, or other content.

You retain ownership of original content you create.

By submitting content to Mixeun, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, resize, format, publish, display, and use that content for website operation, customer support, product presentation, and marketing.

You confirm that submitted content:

• Is truthful and based on genuine experience
• Does not violate another person’s rights
• Does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful material
• Does not contain malware or malicious code

Mixeun may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms but is not required to publish every submission.

We will not intentionally alter a review in a way that misrepresents the customer’s opinion.
