At Mixeun, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order or correct order information after completing a purchase.

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be canceled, how to submit a request, when cancellation is no longer available, and how approved cancellation refunds are processed.

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through the official Mixeun website.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Approval depends on the fulfillment status at the time the request is reviewed.

2. When an Order May Be Canceled

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order.

A cancellation may be approved only if the order has not yet been:

  • Packed
  • Assigned to fulfillment
  • Prepared for carrier collection
  • Issued a shipping label
  • Transferred to the shipping carrier
  • Entered into production or customization, where applicable

Because Mixeun begins processing orders promptly, customers should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

An order may become ineligible for cancellation before the full 24-hour period has passed if fulfillment has already materially begun.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact Mixeun through the Contact Us page on our website.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Product or products to be canceled
  • Reason for the cancellation

A cancellation request is not complete until Mixeun confirms in writing that the order has been canceled.

Do not rely solely on sending a message before the deadline. The order must still be eligible for cancellation when the request is reviewed.

4. Full and Partial Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of:

  • The entire order; or
  • One or more products within a multi-item order

A partial cancellation may only be approved if the affected products have not entered fulfillment.

If part of an order is canceled, the remaining order total may be recalculated. This may affect:

  • Promotional discounts
  • Bundle pricing
  • Free shipping eligibility
  • Minimum-order offers
  • Gift-with-purchase promotions

If the remaining order no longer qualifies for a promotion, the final order amount may be adjusted according to the original offer terms.

Mixeun will explain any material adjustment before completing the partial cancellation.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Cancellation is generally unavailable when:

  • The order has already shipped
  • A shipping label has been created and the parcel has entered carrier processing
  • The product has been packed or assigned for collection
  • Production or personalization has begun
  • The product was made or modified specifically for the customer
  • The order is already subject to a return, delivery, or payment investigation
  • The order has already been canceled or refunded
  • The cancellation request is submitted after the applicable period

Once an order has shipped, customers may request an eligible return after delivery under the Mixeun Refund and Returns Policy.

Refusing delivery is not considered an approved cancellation.

6. Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or customer-modified products may only be canceled before production or customization begins.

Once Mixeun has started creating, engraving, modifying, or preparing a custom product, cancellation may no longer be available because the item cannot reasonably be resold.

If a custom order has not yet entered production, Mixeun will review the cancellation request according to the normal cancellation process.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Address and Order Changes

Customers should contact Mixeun immediately if they need to correct:

  • Recipient name
  • Shipping address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Telephone number
  • Product design
  • Size
  • Color or finish
  • Quantity

Changes are not guaranteed.

An order change may be treated as a cancellation request when the requested change requires replacing the original product or materially changing the order.

Once an order has been packed, labeled, or shipped, Mixeun may be unable to change the delivery address or product details.

Additional carrier charges resulting from a customer-provided address error may become the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

8. Duplicate Orders

Customers who accidentally place a duplicate order should contact Mixeun immediately.

We will review:

  • Order numbers
  • Products and quantities
  • Billing details
  • Shipping information
  • Order times
  • Fulfillment status

A duplicate order may be canceled only if it remains eligible under this policy.

Mixeun is not responsible for duplicate orders that were intentionally confirmed or had already entered fulfillment before the cancellation request was received.

9. Cancellation by Mixeun

Mixeun may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorized
  • Billing or shipping information cannot be verified
  • Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected
  • The delivery address is unsupported
  • An obvious pricing or technical error occurred
  • A product listing contained materially incorrect information
  • Purchase limits were exceeded
  • The order appears unlawful, abusive, or intended for prohibited use
  • Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law
  • An event outside our reasonable control prevents fulfillment

When possible, Mixeun will notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

If Mixeun cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Cancellation Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Mixeun will normally submit an approved cancellation refund within:

3–5 business days

After the refund is submitted, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional:

5–10 business days

to display the funds in the account.

The exact posting time is controlled by the financial institution.

Mixeun cannot normally redirect a refund to:

  • A different card
  • A different bank account
  • Another customer
  • A newly created payment method

If the original payment method is no longer active, the customer should contact the relevant financial institution for assistance.

11. Pending Charges and Payment Authorizations

A canceled or unsuccessful order may still temporarily appear as pending on the customer’s payment account.

A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.

When an order is canceled before payment is fully captured, Mixeun may void the authorization rather than issue a separate refund.

The customer’s bank or payment provider determines how quickly the pending amount becomes available again.

12. Cancellation Fees

Mixeun does not charge a standard cancellation fee for an approved cancellation submitted before fulfillment begins.

However, Mixeun may be unable to refund nonrecoverable costs where legally permitted if:

  • Custom production has already begun
  • A customer-requested service has already been completed
  • A carrier rerouting or interception fee has already been incurred
  • The order was canceled because of false or inaccurate customer information
  • Another specific nonrecoverable cost was clearly disclosed before purchase

Any such deduction will be explained to the customer.

13. Shipping Charges

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, any standard shipping charge collected for the canceled products will also be refunded.

Once an order has shipped:

  • Shipping charges are no longer handled as cancellation refunds
  • The order must proceed through the delivery process
  • Any eligible refund will be governed by the Refund and Returns Policy

Expedited or optional service charges may be non-refundable if the requested service has already been performed.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel, or failing to respond to the carrier does not cancel an order.

A refused or unclaimed parcel may incur:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Carrier return fees
  • Storage charges
  • Customs charges
  • Address correction costs
  • Reshipping expenses

Refund eligibility will be reviewed after the parcel is returned and inspected.

Reasonable nonrecoverable charges may be deducted where legally permitted.

15. International Orders

International orders are subject to the same cancellation requirements as domestic orders.

Once an international order has entered carrier or customs processing, cancellation is no longer available.

Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate shipping information before checkout.

Failure to pay customs duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other destination charges is not considered an approved cancellation.

Orders returned because of unpaid import charges will be handled under the Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

16. Promotional and Discounted Orders

Promotional orders may be canceled only while they remain eligible under this policy.

If part of a promotional order is canceled, Mixeun may recalculate:

  • Product discounts
  • Bundle savings
  • Free shipping eligibility
  • Minimum-purchase promotions
  • Free gifts

A promotional code cannot normally be restored, reissued, or applied to a future order after cancellation unless Mixeun agrees otherwise.

17. Cancellation Requests After Shipment

Once tracking information confirms that the parcel has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customers should not attempt to cancel an order by:

  • Refusing the delivery
  • Filing an unsupported payment dispute
  • Providing an incorrect address
  • Asking the carrier to abandon the shipment

After delivery, customers may request a return if the product meets the requirements of the Mixeun Refund and Returns Policy.

18. Fraudulent or Abusive Cancellation Requests

Mixeun may investigate or reject cancellation requests involving:

  • Unauthorized payment claims
  • False identity or address information
  • Repeated cancellation abuse
  • Attempts to obtain duplicate refunds
  • Payment disputes filed after a refund has already been issued
  • Attempts to cancel products already received
  • Other misleading or fraudulent activity

Decisions will be based on available order, payment, carrier, and communication records.

This section does not restrict legitimate cancellation requests or mandatory consumer rights.
